switching courses

I initially applied to do bio med because of my parents then i decided to do ucas extra. I applied to do fashion marketing at ual and got given fashion management but now i want to do fashion journalism however, i take a bio physics and maths and the course is at a different campus and to apply for the course you need to do a written task. What should I do? Also is there a possibility that i could get in through clearing? Also on results day is it possible for me to switch back to fashion marketing?
