What options are there to switching sixth forms as a year 12

Hi there,

I am a Year 12 student attending Bow Sixth Form. To be quite frank, I do not like it there at all. I have had countless exchanges with a teacher in a high position to the point my mental health has deteriorated very quickly - I dread coming into school and feel a sense of overwhelming anxiety. I have tried to resolve any issues but to no avail.

I think I want to move to a different sixth form within East London, but I am unsure of a few things. Where would it be best to move to (and are selective sixth forms out of the picture such as LAE)? Would I switch mid-year or at the start of year 13 and re-sit year 12 or just do year 13 there? One of the things my current school has made me do is sit an a-level I did not want to. Is there a possibility I could change it, but would that mean I have to resit year 12?

I would say I have achieved a good set of GCSE results and I am currently predicted good grades. Would this help my case when switching to a different sixth form aswell?
