Got a room with the uni. It's room 8 at 47 girdlestone road. I'm not staying in oxford anymore but I'm locked into the contract unless i can find someone to take over the room from me.

You can always include your listing in the Brookes Union Student Housing (link) where it's common for current/ former students trying to get rid of their rooms. As mentioned in a different reply you can contact accommodation team to get more information on how the room trade would work.
