not hearing back after conditional offer from the university of roehampton

i applied to the university of roehampton at the end of march and received a conditional offer the next day. i submitted everything they asked for within 10 minutes. i haven't heard back since. i emailed the uni and they said they'd tell the admissions team to review it but that was over 2 weeks ago. i just want to know if ill be accepted or not because i have offers from other uni's that i need to answer by a certain time. has this ever happened to anyone else?

You don’t need to have met the conditions of an offer to pick your firm and insurance choices. Some universities won’t process results/certificates from applicants who haven’t replied to their offers.

Ring them up on Monday and ask if they’’ve received your documents and if they can let you know when they’ll update your offer on UCAS.

Hi Kate, I am hoping you can assist me too! I have similar issue where my daughter (Hameedah Mustafa) got a conditional offer through clearing in August however we accepted the offer via UCAS last week. It has been over a week now but there is no further update apart from creating an applicant account. My daughter is in a big dilemma because the deadline to withdraw from her current university is tomorrow. However we do not want to withdraw unless we have an offer at Roehampton. We have called the university everyday since last week but all we get is the same response from the team - ‘we will escalate to the admissions team who work back office and someone will get back to you’. No one can give us a clear timeline of when to expect a response from admissions team. The process is very frustrating and adding more pressure on us as we are running out of time with the other university. I have read other students frustrations online and it looks like the admission process is not robust at all. Could you please escalate and ask the relevant team to update us tomorrow so that my daughter does not loose the chance to attend university. Thanks in advance for your assistance.
