I’m urgently looking for someone to take over my room in a lovely student house in Salford (M6 6HD), just a short distance from the University of Salford and an easy commute to central Manchester.

• Tenancy Start Date: 30th August 2025
• Rent: £186 per week
• Bills: All included except gas & electric (
• Housemates: 3 kind and welcoming students – super easy to live with
• Room: Fully furnished double room with desk, wardrobe, and lots of natural light
• House: Modern kitchen, shared living space with a TV, 2 bathrooms, washing machine + dryer
The house is part of a Student Cribs property, which means it’s well-maintained and student-friendly.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a sociable but chilled household and a comfortable space to live for the academic year. I’m only leaving due to personal circumstances, so I’m hoping to find someone reliable to take my place.
