Looking for a London student (long term/short term) to take over my tenancy at Eleanor Rosa House, June 2025 onwards.
The flat has a shared living room and kitchen with six other polite and friendly students but the room is private and ensuite (double bed and approximately 14-14.8sq. metres of space in the room).
-About 5mins walk from Stratford Station then less than 20mins into central London.
-7min walk to UCL East and UAL.
-One stop away from Queen Mary University of London.
-5min walk to Westfield and Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park
Loads of spaces to enjoy and socialise in - a yoga room, games room, Sky Lounge and the Observatory.
All bedrooms accessible by lift and very convenient to travel due to the closeness with the station.
