Scared about timing

I'm really worried about my timing for GCSE RE (ocr) and as the exams are getting closer, I don't know if I'll be able to get 9. I've done most of the past papers and I do practice questions every day. I just can't write quick even after all the practice and I don't know if I am even writing enough for my answers. My teacher told me to do 2 full paragraphs for 6 markers but I can only do 1 normal one and one extra smaller one.
My exam technique is to do (per section), 15 marker then 3 marker/s (for a small break) and the 6 marker/s. I also feel like my 15 markers aren't as developed as they should be to get grade 9.
Does anyone have any advice??

What marks have you been getting on those questions? The quality of your answer is much more important than quantity - if you are missing important information then I would worry about how much you are writing.

I try to hit all points on the mark scheme. I handed in 7 past papers and like 20 more practice questions this week to the RE department so I'll probably find out how well I did on it next week.
Its just insane because I looked for example answers on OCR's website for 15 markers. How does one write 7 massive paragraphs in 15 minutes 😭
I know tens of quotes and most of the content it's just my timing is so bad and sometimes I randomly zone out mid sentence and forget what I'm writing.

What sort of marks have you usually got in mocks etc.?

Mock 1 I got 8 but it was really easy
Mock 2 it got 6 but I had to do it another day because I missed the actual day and I was still really unwell
I just don't know if the questions my school gives are too easy and my teachers don't mark harsh. Maybe I'm just being too harsh on myself but I really want a 9. And if I zone out for a few minutes I already don't have time to do a 6 marker.
I'll see how I did on more recent RE questions next week and update.
