for q1 most the articles talk about upfs and how they can be bad but there is a lack of sufficient scientific evidence for this, also you can talk about sustainability and being healthy vs the affordability of it. q2 you can talk about WHO and chris van tulleken as they both have a big influence on the matter, one is a big health organisation and the other a big influencer with a famous book ultra processed people and some other scientists too, q3 high reliability and validity with a good trial randomised and female and male etc, lacking a few sources though to back it up and q4 you can talk about research into long term health such as diabetes over time and maybe developement for a lower cost of production as they use lots of energy to be able to make these industrial upfs

Article 1 - https://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2024/jan/02/truth-about-ultra-processed-foods-upfs

Article 2- https://www.bbc.com/future/article/20210617-the-truth-about-processed-foods-environmental-impact

Article 3- https://www.cell.com/cell-metabolism/fulltext/S1550-4131(19)30248-7

For articles 2 and 3, what we got for our note taking is an edited version. Especially article 3 link above has a lot of paragraphs we don't need.
