Student Finance - Parent working abroad on temporary contract

Hi,
I am applying for student finance - starting my course in September.
I live in the UK with my grandparents and go to college here. My dad works abroad on a temporary contract which ends this summer.
I am applying for tuition fees and the minimum amount for a maintenance loan. The online form says that I won’t need to send details of my parental income as I am not applying for a larger amount. I just need to give their address.
I wanted to ask, will the fact that my parents currently live abroad cause any problems with my application? Will I need to supply any further information from them?

Hi there,
No. If you're not looking to be assessed based on your parents income then we don't require any of their personal information so this wouldn't affect you. Thanks, Jason
