The Forge at Sheffield

Hi, I'm going to be a first year student looking for accomodation at Sheffield for UoS. I'm not planning to go for Ranmoor and Endcliffe as prices have gone up this year and are out of budget. I visited The Forge today by homesforstudents and in my eyes the place was really nice and I'm planning to book my accom there. Before I do though, I just wanted to ask for honest reviews on the place as the reviews on Google are very mixed.
