do so many exam questions, and look at the mark scheme, especially sciences can get very repetitive. get a list of the spec/ paper topics and RAG rate them on understanding, you obviously dont have much time but you can go over the topics you have as red/ focus revision on those areas. for spanish, the vocab is key, find yourself a quizlet set of the words and quiz yourself daily, they will be memorised in no time, and also memorise a couple higher level sentences to put into writing/speaking.to deal with stress, try to remember that despite this it will be ok, you may not even need all 7s and above, whatever you do make sure you don't revise for hours on end or compromise sleep for it, this willl make you burn out and revision for hours in a row isn't effective. You could go out on a walk as a short break between sessions. Good luck, youve got this!!

also use the pmt predicted papers for 2025! theyre obv not necessarily reliable but it could be a good indicator of topics that could come up in the exam, and if nothing else is more exam paper practice
