A level English Literature

I'm a first year doing Edexcel English Lit.

Is it possible to get a side character as the focus of a question?

For example: Evan from 'Sweat'

Might be a silly question but I thought I'd reassure myself that the exam board wouldn't do something this horrible. Have a good day

I’m in second year - I haven’t studied that text but I do edexcel. I have seen questions come up on side characters but not sure how small that particular character is you are referring to. In my texts, the common questions around side characters tend to be their relationship with other characters (eg Blanches relationship with Mitch in Streetcar and Hamlets relationship with Gertrude in Hamlet).
On the whole I think the questions tend to lean slightly more towards themes (don’t want to jinx it!) but I would just do a quick mind map for every character just in case!
