Student finance mistake

Hi,
recently I think I accidentally declared some income on my application as unearned (it wasn't) and SF asked for evidence. I had to do some digging to find some evidence and I realised my mistake. But now, all of a sudden they say they've accepted my application when I didn't submit anything extra and I can't find their request anywhere! I've tried calling in but whenever I type in that sequence of numbers it leads me to the automated voice message
