How would you leave open uni?
I haven’t started my open university course yet, I start in October 2025.
I’m thinking that I want to have a campus experience and apply to other unis instead through clearing.

You haven't even started yet so you aren't "leaving".
Just contact student services and tell them you won't be starting after all.
