Bulgaria Plovdiv Uni Dentistry 2025 entrance

Hi, I’ve just completed my entrance exam and have received my place for dentistry starting in September. Does anyone know if I need to get my documents legalised or translated first and also did anyone else get their space confirmed ?

Hi, I am doing my exam in may but I have started the process for documents too. Basically you have to print copies of your documents then legalise them with an apostille company, I asked and Plovdiv allows bundles so you can get all of your documents under one apostille (this is quick), you need to legalise this too? Then you translate this to bulgarian but itll be cheaper to go to Bulgaria and translate it and while you're there its much much cheaper to take the photos there (4x5cm) I got 12 pics for 10 LV (£4.32) Then when its translated you can do the grade conversion to the bulgarian grades. They might also want to see the original documents but Im not sure so bring both the copies with the apostille and the originals.

Out of curiosity, is the exam hard? Im so scared haha. If you have any tips for me, I'll be very grateful. Good luck, the process is lengthy!! Start ASAP because the equivalency will take much longer if you aren't early)

your place is confirmed once you pay the 2000 euros via the portal.

On the Plovdiv Uni website there are sample tests for Bio and Chem provided. I just repeated these until I knew every answer, so the exam wasn’t too hard!! Good luckk

Hey, congrats to you ! Do you mind me asking which agency you used and any tips for the exam ?

Thank you, I’d say the biggest tip is their example tests on the uni website!! I didn’t actually use an agency.

congrats on your uni place! i know that is what you just mentioned, but was that ALL you did? like just spammed the past paper questions until you knew every single one of them? and only by doing this you managed to secure a place on the dentistry course? im a little bit nervous as to if there would be any random questions that are completely not linked to the past papers, especially with how high the cut off score is, please lmk

I done this aswl and got my place confirmed. literally just banged out every paper they gave and the ones I got wrong i just made them into a flash card and went over them the day before the exam. The few questions that were different and that I hadn’t seen before were honestly not hard it was just general bio and chem knowledge. If you do alevel bio and chem your good bc even if you get a question you haven’t seen before it’s most likely on smth you already know. good luck

Congrats on your offer too! That is very reassuring, because I was seeing such huge variety in content and stuff provided by the agency, then when I checked the actual past papers on the plovdiv univeristy official website, everything is very repetitive. When you say you banged out every single paper, do you mean specifically the papers that are available on the official univeristy website or are there any other papers you did besides those pdf exam past papers from the official website university website? Thanks a lot, I genuinely appreciate your help!
