Help! Unable to download student finance letter of entitlement.

Hi,
I have applied for student finance England and submitted all the required supporting evidence as requested. However, i received an email requesting that I upload my most current child benefit that include all my children's name before 01/09/2025 despite me having uploaded this before, so i had to re-upload again. But the confusing thing is that my application status shows "application approved" and my student finance account inbox, there is a letter of entitlement detailing all that i am entitled to including when and dates payments would be made. But when I try to download this letter in pdf it wouldn't work. I am unsure what's happening!
