Looking for someone to take my studio room at Okeford
I have a 50 wk tenancy starting on 20 September for an Okeford House studio room (full individual with ensuite). I'm trying to find someone to take over my lease as I am trying to back out of grad school for personal reasons. They told me I needed to find someone to replace me on the lease and that they could move forward with switching the information once given that information.
If anyone is interested please let me know, it needs to be confirmed pretty soon I believe as the deposit for tuition is due by June. The room is at Okeford House through Bournemouth University, but I'm not sure how unis work with dorming and if you have to be a BU student or not to take over the lease.
