UoL Accom

I applied as UoL student to LJMU accom (st Luke’s) and all my mates (who are going to Luke’s) are finding out there flat mates and what rooms there in but I’ve not heard any news since when I applied February. Is there something I haven’t done?, is diffrent bc process I’m a UoL student?

Hi, hope you're well!

Did you book directly through St Luke's website/ the company that runs the building? I ask as only LJMU offer holders can book directly through us, so you will need to speak to whoever you booked it through. Unfortunately our accommodation team can only assist with students who have applied to LJMU and booked directly with us, so I cannot pass on contact details for LJMU's accom team. My best advice would be to give the company a call as they will have a dedicated team who can assist you with your queries- I believe it is Unite Students? Have a look on the website for a number or chat option🙂
