Applied for SFE before course was added - still not updated

Hi there, I'm looking for some advice;
I submitted my SFE application for the 2025/26 academic year of the 10/03/25. At the time, my course (Extended Medical Degree Programme, 6-year, KCL) hadn't yet been added to the database, therefore I added the details manually.
My uni has since confirmed to me that the course was added to the system for 25/26 on the 13/03/2025. However, my application hasn't since updated/linked automatically (which my uni advised it would do).
I'm also unable to change my course details on my online account, it just says application received.
As I'm applying for subsidised accommodation, I wanted advice on whether I need to take further action to get my application to move forward quickly, and if so, how to go about doing so. Thanks in advance!
