Recently my dad has a stroke and mum has also been now prescribed meds for her blood pressure, the doctors gave us a blood pressure machine at home so idecided to test something out
Ever since I was young I've been able to on command make my body feel really weak and tired, like the aftermath of being ticked (weird description but accurate) so I decided to test it using the blood pressure machine
My normal blood pressure is 110 however when I increase it on command I can increase is to 231/ H1 (idk what H1 means), idk if this is concerning or not as I'm able to put it back to normal and spike it on command, it's never bothered me. I don't hold my breath, tense my muscles or anything I can just do it on command idk how
Is this normal? I've tried searing up other people increasing it on command but can't find anything, if I go GPs they will probably send me to A&E even though my blood pressure is normal and I feel perfectly fine, this is just something I can do on command
