Interviews

Hi,
I'm just about to have an interview with the DWP and I'm useless at structured interviews. Has anyone got an idea on the behaviours questions they ask please?

What role is this for?

Look for the competencies they say you need in the job specification. Then think of some examples of where you demonstrated them. Most decent things you have done can usually be adapted to fit the question posed. Just having a half credible answer that they can write in the box gets you ahead of a lot of candidates that are fazed by the question. A bit of practice with someone acting as an interview coach can build skill and confidence too.

If a you tell us a bit more about the role we might be able to help more
