accomodation KCL

im trying to login to the portal and it says to put ur kcl student number from the offer day as the username and then press reset password to get a temporary password. whenever i do that it just says incorrect password and username??? is anyone having the same problem, or know how to fix it?

It takes 48 hours after you've confirmed kcl offers on ucas. Then it should let you log in and then you'll be able to book / or you'll get sent an email telling you that you can book. That was my experience anyway!

Hey, I'm having the same problem! I firmed KCL last Friday so it should've been 2 working days by now. I received an email today informing me that I'd missed a call from KCL student advisors (from a couple weeks ago) so I'll call them back tomorrow and ask about it... maybe it's just taking a bit longer than usual, who knows.

Did you manage to call them and get it sorted?

Hahaha, yeah, it’s comforting to know someone else in the same situation! Let’s keep each other updated. ☺️

Wow, so I tried again before calling and it worked! (It gave me a confirmation message that it had sent a temporary password to my email.) So I think it's just taking a bit longer than usual. Hope it's working for you too!

Hi. Anyone booked / considering Moonraker? Can't decide whether it's worth risking the disruption due to building work!

Not in Moonraker (I’m in GDSA) but my accom will have noise disruption too. I decided to just go for it bc I think it’s worth it for the facilities + price. I doubt the disruption be 24/7 anyway… Anyhow it’s up to you, just thought I’d chip with in my perspective )
