OCR B Chem: How to master paper 3?

On paper 1 and 2 I get high marks, anywhere from 90-105, which is ideal as I only need an A.
But paper 3 is another story. Paper 3 I get about 35-40 and I don't know why. I make a great looking answer and it misses facts that not even my textbook has answers to. Does anyone else find paper 3 hard? How do you master it? I know its practical techniques but theres NO resources online to aid

I’d start here for practicals:

https://www.ocr.org.uk/Images/208932-chemistry-practical-skills-handbook.pdf

https://chemrevise.org/wp-content/uploads/2018/04/practical-guide-ocr2.pdf

You could look to other exam boards for more resources on practical techniques.

Edexcel has made all their practical sheets available - they’re under a dropdown titled “worksheet”:

https://qualifications.pearson.com/en/qualifications/edexcel-a-levels/chemistry-2015.coursematerials.html#filterQuery=Pearson-UK:Category%2FTeaching-and-learning-materials

By the sounds of it, the non-practical questions are already a strong point.
