McGill

Hello,
I am a French student who has been accepted to McGill, Bachelor of Arts. I had a few questions :
1. Agreements have been made between France and Canada which means I should pay canadian rates (around 9000$). Is it normal if I am considered an international student ? And is the deposit fee supposed to be 1000$?
2. I applied to the Bachelor of arts (undeclared) which means I have not actually applied to anything yet. How do I then choose my subjects ? Is it before or after the summer ? And is it easy to get into the classes I would like to take or was it not exactly strategic to leave it undeclared ?
Thank you !

Did McGill send an email to everyone saying the fees that international students need to pay?

I would email the academic counselor at McGill asking when to choose your classes and degree subject
