University fees not paid

Who to contact to get University fees paid.

My daughter is at Uni on her 3rd year (1 year at one Uni while covid was full on) the course could not be well on line .singing on the internet does not come across well.
So she started again at another Uni and has done 2 years but is resitting the 2 year( so doing year 4 now) Gift year!
But for some reason even thou the Uni has accepted her on the course the tuitions fee have not been paid.
So now at the end of the course year she cannto enter her work or do the exams due to none payment of fees?

Why would the Uni allow this to happen??

Hi there, this would normally be due to the student's remaining entitlement from the previous study. If the student could not complete a year of the course due to a compelling personal reason, they may be able to receive an additional year of funding if they are able to provide acceptable evidence of this. Where applicable, we recommend the evidence is signed and dated and confirms the reason why they could not continue with your studies and when this took place (must be date specific). We can accept photocopies of medical evidence from a GP on headed paper, letters from the university on headed paper, letters from Social Services, clergy or professional person on headed paper and copies of a death certificates and/or a birth certificates. This list is not exhaustive and any evidence that may help their claim for Compelling Personal Reasons (CPR) should be sent to us for consideration. This evidence can be uploaded via the online account once the application has been submitted. Thanks, Stephen.
