UAL accommodation booking

Anyone else had issues booking halls for UAL? I knew that it was competitive, but this was much worse than I thought- the website was constantly crashing to the point that I couldn’t see which I was booking…
I’ve now got an offer but idk where it’s for as it just has a question mark?

I’ve been trying to book a room since 10 am and I still haven’t able to book it. Did u only apply for 1 accommodation and booked it or did u put down 5/4 options down and then got an offer for one ?
Cuz Im trying to book 1 room and idk if it’s the system not working or do I have to wait, after I selected the room I then got onto a page that said review your booking and I still haven’t paid and I can’t go any more further

It took me 2 hours to book the accommodation... And when I went to the site, most of the accommodation was already booked

Make sure you are using chrome browser. Had the same, spoke to office, logged out and then back in with chrome- resolved the issue, offer was sitting there and readable

I applied for one as it crashed before I could put down more. I’ve now got a page with a room offer and a certain amount of time to reply. It’s silly though as I didn’t even get a chance to look at what I was doing most of the time. Hope you got it sorted!
