Make flashcards - I use Quizlet, some use Anki. You can also use someone else's if you're sure they're good, although I find the act of making flashcards itself helpful for remembering information.

Freesciencelessons videos on YouTube (not the only resource out there, but it's what I use) when you don't understand something or need a recap
•
BBC bitesize - again, if you're struggling to understand something or have forgotten some information
•
Physics and maths tutor - it has lots of resources including flashcards and mindmaps, but I mainly use it for the past paper questions which you can get organised by topic (pretty useful for class tests)
