First of all, I'd like to say that literally getting 100% every time is unrealistic - I understand that you want to get higher scores, but don't put too much pressure on yourself!

That said, I don't do geography, but this is mainly what I and most of my friends do for sciences:

Make flashcards - I use Quizlet, some use Anki. You can also use someone else's if you're sure they're good, although I find the act of making flashcards itself helpful for remembering information.

Freesciencelessons videos on YouTube (not the only resource out there, but it's what I use) when you don't understand something or need a recap

BBC bitesize - again, if you're struggling to understand something or have forgotten some information

Physics and maths tutor - it has lots of resources including flashcards and mindmaps, but I mainly use it for the past paper questions which you can get organised by topic (pretty useful for class tests)

Hope this helps!

Please don’t put the pressure on yourself to get 100% because it’s very rarely possible and will just put more stress on you which just won’t help with motivation. I get why you want to aim for 9s and that’s valid but in most subjects you need around 85% for a 9 and in sciences it’s even lower. Why don’t you check the past grade boundaries for your exam boards in these subjects so you have an idea of what you need to aim for for the grade you want. Overall, in the real exams what percentage within a grade boundary you get is not important a 9 is a 9 whether your at the top of the grade boundary or the bottom if you know what I mean.
As for online resources, if you don’t like text books, Save My Exams is useful for content, but I do feel it does often give too much information. For sciences, I really like the Cognito website as the follow up questions after the videos are useful for memorising and I love the flash cards.
Hope this helps
