I'd advise going to your Student Union and see if you can get independent advice and possibly arbitration through them - whoever has accused you should have to state specifically how they came to that decision, for example, if it was identified through Turnitin or a similar app, and why it was initially accepted as a pass. Mistakes do happen

If you have to go to any meetings about it, ask if you are permitted to bring a 3rd party with you for support, and ask for a suitable person from the SU to accompany you. The SU will usually have someone who's whole thing is protecting your student rights. It's just a precaution, but having someone with you will always be a good thing. Turnitin's plagiarism/AI detector is usually fairly accurate, but nothing is 100% - have they shown you where they think you used AI? It may be highlighted in the review section of Turnitin - if you can show your sources for that section(s) it may help

Hello! I studied at Arden University and graduated with an MSc Psychology and I had a really great time. I never had any issues with a 'plagiarism' or an 'AI' report when submitting work. However, I do work in higher education myself, and know that over the last year or so there have been issues with Turn It In like programs in the detection of A.I, if you have used a program like Grammarly for instance this will flag up in the A.I use scan. I think the other one is called Co Pilot, which is a digital nomad I know nothing about, but I believe this is the same.

You might be best contacting student services, there will be a link through the Virtual Learning Environment, or you can find their correct email address on this link https://www.ardenstudents.org/helpadvice1/contactus/#Student%20Support

I never had any issues and found that the assessment process was very thorough and robust, as a sign of quality (other than a complimentary report from the Office for Students), I got a '67' overall at the end of the course, I also got a '67' in two other post graduate courses at two other universities, which suggests a high standard of academic rigour.

*Just to emphasise, I am a former student there, and am not involved in any of the assessment practices or internal quality so I can't answer any specific questions on such things *
