Blocked Payment

My payment was meant to be paid yesterday, I checked my online account, and it said I was blocked.

The live chat AI said that it would take 10 days to "manually" review my account, I now can't pay rent because the postman didn't deliver a letter.

And their phone service is terrible so I can't speak to a real person.

Can you try calling us now on 0300 100 0607? Normally, if you confirm to us over the phone we'll be able to unblock your payment.
