Asking this question is comparable to wondering if a mirror can see itself. Do you get what I mean?
To be honest, I think the question is somewhat rhetorical, as you're not actually looking for an answer but just confirming how unclear the situation is.
Can you make it more clear what you are attempting to say? These are just some of the points that were troubling me!

I tried to attach the image and it didn't work. A box, with a downwards pointing arrow showing 20N on the top right, and with another arrow this time pointing up on the bottom left showing 20N.
