Hey there! Thanks for your question.

The accommodation portal for Kingston University is expected to open between April and May 2025 for undergraduate students who have firmly accepted their offer. You’ll receive an email invitation via your registered email on OSIS to apply once the portal is live, so keep an eye on your inbox. More detailed can be found here: https://www.kingston.ac.uk/experience/accommodation/halls-of-residence

Regarding Seething Wells, the Smaller Standard En Suite rooms come with a single bed, not a double. These rooms also include a study desk, chair, wardrobe, and en suite bathroom facilities. You’ll share a spacious communal kitchen and living area with 7–14 other students. If you’re looking for a room with a small double bed, you might consider the Standard En Suite rooms at Seething Wells. These offer a bit more space and come with a small double bed, study area, and en suite bathroom. More details here; https://www.kingston.ac.uk/experience/accommodation/halls-of-residence/seething-wells

Hope this helps. Let me know if you have any more questions.

Hi @Gottogetready

If you notice that the portal is open on your OSIS account, you can already book a room despite not having received the email yet. I had booked mine as soon as it opened, having not yet received the email which was only sent to me the next day, as I didn't want to miss the opportunity to book my preferred room.

To book a room, all you have to do is connect to your OSIS account (preferably on a computer/laptop, and not your mobile phone). On the home page, there should be a section entitled Useful Links with a link to access the Accommodation Portal (you may have to scroll down a little to find it). When you click on that link, a new window should open with the option to book a room.
If the portal doesn't open, make sure to turn of the Block Pop-ups option on your computer/laptop.

For more information, you can go to the KU website here: How to apply for a room | Kingston University London

If you have any issues, don't hesitate to contact the accommodation team.

I hope this helps, and if you have any more questions, please let us know 🙂
