Help sfe

Good afternoon i have issues with my sfe . I applied for sfe and because i didn’t have my ilr before September i was declined tuition and minimum maintenance so i sent an appeal. After the appeal i reached out to my uni and explained everything they reached out to keele on my behalf and i had to filled another form because i self funded myself for 3 years before uni started. I sent proof of all 3 p60’s and everything was fine until oneday i saw the email concerning my previous appeal and it has blocked all my tuition payment what can i do . I sent the appeal because filling the form and all 3 p60’s . Now it has ruined everything and i feel very mentally disturbed and i can’t think properly
