ahhhh bacon sandwiches ahhhhh... I have one every morning and late every night now that it is half term, so easy to cook and yet so delicious!

I just don't find sausage very appealing because ground meats don't do it for me. I like meat to have as least some resemblance to muscle.

Oddly enough, I ended up buying sausage from the store tonight.... First the pancakes, now this. TSR is ruining my food life...

p.s. why is the sausage so pale in the UK?

So you can blacken it while cooking :biggrin:
Unless it's crispy bacon with the fat cut off, then sausage. Although I'm VERY picky with my sausages. But I rarely like a lot of bacon.

WHich would it be. If you could have ONE TYPE OF SAUSAGE or ONE TYPE OF BACON for the rest of your life, which would it be?

Sausage or bacon - also, why and which type?

I chose bacon... but now I want Sausages! :eek:
