Has anyone done it yet? This is my first time doing time, please can anyone tell me how hard it is and what do we need to know about

I did it last year and got gold. Honestly it's a mix of questions, some are simple addition and some is really complicated weirdly worded questions.
Make sure you're confident with as much GCSE physics content as possible ESPECIALLY equations. They love adding specific latent heat, springs and I think energy transfers too.
The best way to practice calculation questions us using Isaac physics, either with the book or online. Also know key term definitions as they may ask on that. Have a look on the website, they have 10 specimen questions which can give you an idea how it will be like.
If you can't do a question or it takes too long to think about it, move on and come back to it later.
Also, keep updated with physics news, they like to add a couple of questions on recent physics events/breakthroughs
If you can't do a question, it's better to guess and answer than to leave it out.
From my memory, I think gold is around 50% so just try to do as many questions as possible. Gl!
