Looking for tenancy takeover at the old printworks for the 2025/26 year

Hiya I have a room booked at The Old Printworks for the 2025/26 academic year but will no longer be living there. I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy with Unite Students. It's located in Newington, only a 10 minute walk from the University of Edinburgh and the booking process is very simple and takes under 10 minutes. Please get in contact so I can send the booking link from Unite Students.

It is an En-suite (private bathroom) with 4 rooms and a shared kitchen for £275 a week, all bills included. It starts August 30th.

No problem. If you're looking for cheaper options, I know Norton student living has en-suites starting at £225/week if it helps 🙂
