Ambitious but lazy: anyone else struggling with this phenomenon?

I'm a very ambitious person, sometimes to the point where my life goals seem a little unrealistic to people, even to myself. HOWEVER, I struggle massively with commitment and so end up spending substantially more time fantasising about these goals then actually working to achieve them. I defo feel like this weakness of mine is holding me back from achieving anything I might have the potential to achieve.

Does anyone here relate?

Honestly it sounds like ADHD thing.
Like you can set a lifetime goal but can't seem to be able to set a step by step road to that goal, or even if you have a step by step plan you fail to follow it.
Is that right?
