How do you cope with exams?

With exam season right around the corner, revision is at it's peak and with the pressure of achieving your goals, it is vital to ensure we are caring for ourselves, even in the midst of exams.

Is anyone feeling the stress of revision right now, or the fear that might come with taking exams?

How do you feel around exam time both in terms of your Physical and Mental health?

How do you revise? What resources do you use?

What works for you? What doesn't work for you?

How do you manage the stress you might feel in the lead up to and including Exam day?
