Do I need a CV for work experience

Im in year 12, trying to find psychology/ educational psychology/ teaching work experience and I'm not sure how and where to find work experience and if i need a CV for them. If yes, i need a CV, what do i put on it? I have no experience with CV stuff so I need detailed advice if possible

I'm in S5 and have done a bunch of animal related experience, obviously different but still work experience and I've never had a CV. I've just emailed places until someone takes me (obviously might need to chase them up for a reply or possibly even phone them) but usually you don't need anything in my experience

Where have you done these animal related services? I'm interested in doing some in the summer and future.

A local vet practise (make sure to get these in advance, they often fill up fast and if you email them it can get lost so its best if you either phone them or go in person), a horse stables this summer which I just walked up to and asked if they wanted the help, a doggy daycare (they reached out to me because my mum made a post on our areas Facebook group for more work experience places), a summer school at Edinburgh Zoo during (not proper work experience but I'll be talking to their vets and doing lots of animal welfare stuff, you should defo look into it for next year if it would work for you) and my friend told me he can get me in with his farmer friend for some Lambing experience but it hasn't happened yet so I'm just hoping it'll still be on, then I'm going to just go up to cow farms in the holidays and ask if I can help for a week or two and my neighbour might get me some chicken experience. Let me know if you have any questions about it and good luck!
