Postgraduate Master's Loan – Eligibility, Repayment, and Scholarship Questions

I’m reaching out with a few questions regarding the UK Postgraduate Master’s Loan:
Eligibility: Could you please clarify who qualifies for the loan? I am an international student from Lebanon and have a master’s degree in Architecture from ALBA (Académie Libanaise des Beaux-Arts). Would this be considered equivalent to a UK master’s degree for the purpose of loan eligibility?
Repayment Flexibility: Once employed, is it possible to voluntarily repay more than the standard 6% of income over £21,000? I’d like to understand if early repayment is allowed without penalties.
Scholarship Contingency: If I apply for the loan while waiting on the results of a scholarship (expected between June and July), and later receive that scholarship after part of the loan has already been disbursed — is it possible to cancel the loan and repay the amount in full immediately?

We don't deal with scholarships this is something you would need to check with the university you wish to apply to.
