I have been looking for accommodation but I would like more of a student insight on the best apartments for accommodation at Sheffield - I am pretty okay with any kind of environment as long as I can sleep at night
So please comment your favourite apartments, ones you live at or have visited and prefer !
I am personally currently deciding around Endcliffe and I'm looking at Millstone [A-B] and Froggatt [E-H] and Yarncliffe [F-G] - insights on those in particular would be very welcome.

Hi,
I'm also applying this year and looking around the Froggatt, Derwent and Yarncliffe zone as I have heard they are convenient places to stay, but don't take my word for it.
My question is when you are looking to select your rooms do these places that I have mentioned come up as an option as they do not seem come up for me?
I have booked cosmos, which is a studio. There are many numerous great amenities in the hall. The price is around £110-180 per week depends on the room type

Hi patrycjhod, I lived in Endcliffe in my first year and highly recommend it! There's a great sense of community, which is great for making friends . I lived in Froggatt and really liked how close it was to The Edge, where there's a common room that's great for studying. There's also a laundry room there too, which means you don't have to walk far to do your washing. From my experience, I would say Yarncliffe is pretty similar to Froggatt just with different wall colours. I hope this helped, Sofia (MSc Cancer Biology and Therapeutics)
