wdym you're starting college, do you mean in september or are you joining in the middle of the year? In any case it really depends on your college's dress code, some may want you to dress more smartly and others may simply not care. Check your school's website for this information

September x but first day you need to look presentable but omg I have a denim black skirt but idk if it’ll be good also idk what top to wear
