I can't edit or cancel my SFE reapplication submission.

I recently submitted my reapplication for my studen finance loans for my second year of university and realised after submitting it that i made a mistake. whenever I try to make changes or cancel it from the website, it tells me i need to call 0300 100 0607 but when i do, and i get the the part about making changes/cancelling, I am only sent a link back to the website which doesn't help at all. The only other option i have that is mentioned in the website, it think is to send a letter in the mail which i haven't tried yet. Im really not sure else i am supposed to do about this.

I submitted it tuesday night. I added a wrong parent. I think I was supposed to enter my step-father's details instead of my father's because I'm using the address im using for the application is where I live with my mother and step-father.

So, you just need to get you step father to complete the PFF2 form and then upload this to your account. You can put in the notes section of the form that you made a mistake on the original applicaiton. It's currently around 9 business days to process.
