Hi i’m Currently looking for someone to take over my tenancy at my University House next year, it’s an all girl house (3 to be exact) £160 p/w, Selly Oak B29 6NR, the girls are really lovely i unfortunately cannot continue at this house but let me know any information any possible interested people would like to know and i’d be more than happy to share, open to UOB, BCU and Aston University Students, lmk asap
