NTU Paramedic Science Placements

Hi,

I haven't yet firmed any of my choices but currently looking at Nottingham Trent as my first choice to study Paramedic Science 2025. My question involves placements and whether a car is a necessity for placements.

I have a license and a car; however, living on/near the city campus attracts me more than Clifton, which seems very overpriced accommodation-wise to me. However, I have read its practically impossible to get parking as a student living in the city. Is this the case, if so, is having a car actually that important for first year placements?

Or would I be better off paying the extra money to live on Clifton and for a permit to park there?
