Taking holiday during internship

I want to apply for an internship from June to August 2025, but I am not available for 5 working days during that period due to a pre planned mission trip.
Will this significantly harm my chances of getting an offer? Or I just need to negotiate and it will be fine?
Update: I have still applied and set my earliest availability for the day after the mission trip. I also sent a reply to the acknowledgement email to clarify about my availability, telling that I can start on another date but needing to take 5 days leave.

If it is a pre planned holiday/trip/whatever that was already booked when you applied, then most places re usually fine about it.
Looks like you have gone about it in the right way anyway.
