Late turnitin submission
I know it's my fault. I submitted an essay due at 12pm on turnitin at 10am. It says it was uploaded at that time. However I checked today and it shows my submission as late, and "submitted at 13:54." I never expected this to happen, would I be capped for this even though I sent it 2 hours before? It's not much time but I'm still sad about it, this has never happened before.

I also want to add that I downloaded my digital receipt and it says: Submission date: 28-Apr-2025 10:03AM (UTC+0100). If that helps with anything...

Therefore you need to contact whoever is in charge and point out the anomaly.

It’s great that you have a receipt confirming your submission time, this will be really helpful. I recommend getting in touch with your module leader as soon as possible and forwarding them the digital receipt showing the correct submission time. They may be able to flag this issue or direct you to the appropriate person to look into it further. Perhaps you are not the only one either and others have the same issue.
I wouldn't worry too much at this stage, since you submitted your assignment before the deadline and have evidence to support that, it should be clear that you met the requirement.
