T -10 days and I feel cooked!

Taking 3 A levels, maths English language and geography and I feel under so much pressure from all the revision and balancing these topics. I'm not so confident in the maths papers and even though for geography and English my mocks went well, I just feel so much anxiety and pressure for these exams!! HELP

You got this I believe in you!
Hello there!

Your situation and how you feel is totally understandable. It’s completely normal to feel overwhelmed, especially when the countdown is on. The fact that your mocks for geography and English went well is a really positive sign.
It shows you can perform under pressure, even if it doesn’t feel like it right now.

Try to focus your revision time where it counts most. Go over the key topics you know tend to come up, and practise with past papers to get used to timing.
Don’t aim for perfection, just try to aim for progress.

To ease the anxiety, structure your days with short, focused revision blocks such as 25–30 mins with 5–10 min breaks, and rotate subjects so your brain doesn’t get stuck in one mode.

You have come this far already, and feeling worried just means you care. Motivation will carry you through.

You’ve got this!
Focus on small wins each day, stay hydrated, take breaks, and try to keep a steady pace. You are closer to the finish line than you think.

I hope this helps!

Kind regards,
