Home fees for international students

So i finishing uni next year and would have been in the uk for 3 years by then do i qualify to be laying home fees tuition or im still considered and international

Just noting firstly that Student Finance England don’t determine your fee status, only your eligibility for funding.
Your uni determines your fees based on a combination of residency status and where you’ve ordinarily been resident. There is guidance about this on the UKCISA website.

It would be the university that would be able to confirm what they are charging you for your Tuition.
