I found mindmaps really helpful for me - split each topic into smaller subsections for each mindmap, then condensed the info and highlighted the most important bits (eg dates names). I found it massively helpful as a way to quickly revise specific detail right before an exam

Also like pretty much every subject doing practice questions and having a teacher give feedback to work on is easily the best way to improve

Hi! I think this person explained a technique to study that is quite effective: https://medium.com/@h2historytutor/how-i-went-from-grade-5-to-grade-9-in-gcse-history-without-studying-for-hours-eed345dd896e this other article also highlights some good resources you can use: https://medium.com/@h2historytutor/the-gcse-history-resources-i-wish-i-knew-about-sooner-25a3f40348de. This periodic table can be useful too:https://www.kingsbridgeeducation.co.uk/post/gcse-history-periodic-table. Goodluck for the history exam!

Heyyy for content use gcse pod it’s literally one of the reasons I got an 8 ( I revised very last min asw so I was very surprised) but honestly nailing the content is rlly important for history so make sure you’ve got that down and then if you’ve got time try some practice essays and ask your teacher to mark them for you and get feedback. I also recommend blurting as that can help with actively recalling the info. Hope this helps!!
