why have i been given more than the maximum maintenance loan SFE? maximum for london not living with parents is 13,762 pounds but i've been given 14k pounds?

It could be that you are on a long course or you are entitled to the Special Support Element. Are you eligible for any benefits? Can you confirm your course name, university and course year please?
